This charter is intended to set out the way we interact with our clients and explains how our clients expect to be treated. Whenever clients visit us they are greeted at reception and the concerned person (agreed for meeting) will meet client at the agreed appointment time. We aim to answer all calls whether for enquiry or complain. Even if we don’t know the answer to your query or the person concerned is unavailable we will take the massage and get back to you in next working day. Clients can also contact us on our mail (both postal address and email) and we assure to reply as soon as possible. A timely financial review will be completed to have an estimate of customer’s present requirement. Our financial advice is aimed to suit your requirement and focused on your best interest. We ensure that our dealings with you will be confidential, and will not be disclosed in any condition.
